IHMH won Gold dealer of the year recognition from CAT and Gold Dealer of the Year recognition from Mitsubishi.
2006 CAT & Mitsubishi FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD
Dealers are rated on nice customer service performance benchmarks such as parts availability, service call response time, CM completion rate and average number of training hours per year for each parts and service associate. Only the top-performing dealers in the country earn this recognition and we have been recognized each year the award has been given.
